DESIGN
House of Maes is a one-of-a-kind picture frame store that specializes in handcrafted artisan frames. Our frames are inspired by the art of sign painting and the colors of vintage fruit crate labels, a tribute to a time where everything was made by hand.
We believe that your home should be adorned with pieces that reflect your unique style, and that’s why we make sure that each frame is carefully crafted and is as original as you are.
FUNCTION
We want our frames to be as functional as they are elegant. In addition to our high quality materials, we have incorporated these thoughtful design features.
We uses screws instead of nails with our sawtooth hangers for extra durability.
We invented a removable easel back so your frame will rest neatly on the wall. And easily slide the easel back back into sawtooth hanger to create a tabletop presentation.
We are the only company to use museum glass in our frames. This glass blocks 99.9% of UV rays and has no reflection.
