This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms:
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer flat rate $10 standard UPS ground shipping on all orders. After your item has shipped we will email you with tracking information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
PLEASE NOTE: All of our picture frames are painted on demand. It can take up to 10 business days before we ship the frame.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently we do not offer international shipping.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope that you are happy with your picture frame. However, If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of your purchase. All items must be in new and unused condition.
RETURNS PROCESS
To return an item please securely pack the item in the original package and email Hello@houseofmaes.com to receive shipping instructions.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 4 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
